These where done at about 7.50PM - 8.01PM on 5/24/04. Please read Roberts notes from either the 20th or the 21st regarding my account and the shit pings. I live in Rockhampton, Central Queensland. The exchange i am on is called the Frenchville exchange. There are 2 boxes at the frenchville exchange, an old one and a new one. I am on the old box. It's overcrowded with connections. Therefor i get shit pings almost 24/7. This has been going on for about 3 months now. I am only a little bit pissed off that you havent doen anything even after i have explained the problem about 89759523 times to about 59032 different peaple at the helpdesk. I have spent more time on the fone to you lot then i have on my computer. And when I am on my computer it's to email you guys more tracerts and pathpings. Go through and have a look at al the emails I have sent you and all the notes people should have written down from phone conversations. There are 6 peaple in my area that I know of you are on the same exchange who are getting shit pings. two Netspace, 1 Internode, 1 Dart and one Eftel. So obviously it is not my end. A telstra techie has come to my house and done a line check and found no problem. He then went and had a look at the exchange and found 3 problems. 1. An extra 12volts going down the line 2. something wrong with the distribution cable 3. I can't remeber. A mate of mine with Netspace (username: corkran) had a techie go to his house and do a line check and found no problem (this was after the tech at my house)and then went to the exchange and put his connection on the new box. This was about 1 month ago. He has not had any problems since. I am getting a bit fucking pissed of about having to explain the problem everytime i email/phone you guys. A fualt has been lodged a few times. Am i likely to get $209.85 back from netspace? My net has been virtually unuseable for the past 3 months. Please keep me updated. Not happy.
